The Constitution of Justice Watch New Zealand authorises the Society to undertake investigations and become involved in legal proceedings. This necessarily involves significant investigation, preparation, and expense.
The current funding requirement is to support a criminal investigation into alleged COVID-19 vaccine-induced death and serious harm in New Zealand. The investigation is ongoing, has substantially progressed, and requires additional funding to bring it to its conclusion.
Where the evidence establishes criminal offending, Justice Watch New Zealand will do everything within its ability to ensure that appropriate criminal prosecutions follow.

Investigators, including former New Zealand Police investigators and other specialists, utilise authoritative criminal law and evidence texts — including Principles of Criminal Law (5th Edition) and Mahoney on Evidence: Act and Analysis (2nd Edition), together with other recognised legal authorities — to identify and apply the relevant law to the alleged circumstances under investigation.
